I invest in real estate in Atlanta, and I've spent 15 years as a software engineer. Pricing a house every way it could be bought meant juggling spreadsheets at the seller's kitchen table.

So I built the tool I wanted: EasyOfferMaker. It runs under Penn Global LLC, the small software studio I operate in Atlanta, Georgia.
